Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our office team, supporting operations across construction, property management, and repair projects. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient workflows and clear communication within our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth and effective communication between various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams. Manage and maintain project-related correspondence, schedules, and documentation using email and other essential computer applications. Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking project progress, managing data, and generating comprehensive reports. Ensure all project details are accurately recorded and processes are followed with meticulous attention to detail. Assist in the coordination of tasks related to construction initiatives, property maintenance, and necessary repair services. Qualifications Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Excel, and general computer usage. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience interacting with diverse groups, including customers and external vendors.
