Remote Technical Support Engineer - 24/7 Event Platform

SpotMe is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be the first line of defense for our global customers, bridging event teams and our platform. You will investigate real issues, reproduce them, and create workarounds when fixes aren’t available, coordinating with Engineering to maintain a high-quality product experience. In a 24/7 follow-the-sun setup, you’ll balance live chats, tickets, and onboarding, mapping problems to root causes while staying calm under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr SpotMe
