Regional Sales Manager - Motion Control

Title: Regional Sales ManagerLocation: Thousand Oaks, CA (on-site)Annual Salary: $110,000 - $130,000We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role works with minimal supervision and collaborates with customers, sales, design, and production teams to integrate our servo drives into motion control solutions. The position requires virtual and in-person customer interaction, covering both technical and commercial topics.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive regional business plans, market analysis, and revenue forecastingAnalyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunitiesManage distributors and rep organizations, including performance and complianceLead pricing strategy, channel decisions, and regional resource allocationAct as the primary customer liaison and coordinate cross-functional projectsDeliver technical and commercial training to partners and internal teamsAttend trade shows and industry eventsRequirements and QualificationsBachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer EngineeringExperience selling motion control, servo drives, automation, robotics, or mechatronics solutionsComfortable presenting to customers, conducting training, and leading technical discussionsTravel regionally and internationallyBenefitsStandard paid company holidaysPaid time off (PTO) and sick leaveMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planEmployee training and development opportunities
