At LIVIC, we don't just offer a job—we offer the opportunity to build and lead something truly your own while leveraging the foundation you've worked so hard to create.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Engineering Technology, Landscape Architecture or related field of study.Experience: Minimum of 8 yearsProficient with Autodesk Civil 3D softwareThe ability to review, understand and resolve complex design-related issues.State, County and Municipal level regulatory experience not necessarily limited to Pennsylvania.Experience with bidding and construction phase engineering consulting tasks.Ability to travel between offices and to project sites as needed.Ability to:Manage time effectively; prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilitiesWork in a team environment as well as independentlyEstablish and maintain effective work relationships, interact effectively with othersAdapt to changing work priorities, understand and follow directionOvercome internal and external procedural challenges by offering solutions that lead to operational satisfactionStrong PC Skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, Virtual ConferencingHigh standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive informationExcellent Written and Oral SkillsAuthorized to work in the United StatesComprehensive knowledge of the engineering industryStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to work independentlyAbility to interact professionally with regulatory agencies, clients, subconsultants, vendors, and the general publicFlexibility to travel to other offices as neededLocations:Harrisburg, PANorthumberland, PAAt LIVIC, we don't just offer jobs—we offer opportunities for growth and meaningful impact.
