Territory Manager (Dental) (Kansas City MO)

Responsibilities: Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals for the assigned territory and product portfolio. Define strategy to gain access and acceptance for OraPharma specialty dental products. Develop and manage territory business plans (forecast, routing, customer segmentation, product implementation, etc.). Implement pre-defined sales and marketing strategies through clinical education and promotion. Manage customer service levels (call frequency, business consulting, utilization, etc.). Complete administrative requirements (CRM, expense/mileage reporting, monthly calendar planning, etc.). Travel within the territory for business and outside the territory for meetings/trade shows. Comply with company policies/procedures and federal/state laws and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s preferred with relevant medical device or dental sales experience OR Associate’s with healthcare clinical practice experience. Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated business (preferred). Experience in medical device or dental sales (strongly preferred); B2B experience considered. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build business relationships. Collaborative team experience. Responsible for customer base within the assigned territory; maintain home office. Valid driver’s license required; 95% time in field; 25% overnight travel. Strong project management; ability to interpret business data. Effective written/oral communication; ability to understand and present clinical information. Strong computer skills (MS Office, SalesForce, sales databases, web applications).
