Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and effectively treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

• Develop and outline comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques while adapting plans as needed to ensure optimal progress.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on individual responses and outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their experiences and share coping strategies.

• Collaborate with external healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure holistic client care when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse clients, encompassing individuals and families from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Clients may struggle with relationship dynamics, emotional regulation, trauma, or substance use issues. Your expertise will guide them toward improved mental health and overall well-being, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in California is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes full health benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, and quarterly productivity bonuses. We also offer a new hire bonus and compensation for employees working 30 hours or more per week.
