Night Auditor Weekend Night Auditor needed. Friday and Saturdays 11pm - 7am. Key Responsibilities: Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts Check in and check out guests efficiently while providing friendly and professional service Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during overnight hours Prepare and distribute daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy reports Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or accounting is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus We foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment that values growth and development.
