Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs in partnership with supervising physicians.
• Provide preventive care and health education to patients and their families, promoting lifelong health and wellness.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as dictated by practice guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage with parents and guardians to guide them in understanding children's health concerns and promote best practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and continually improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with children from infancy through adolescence, addressing a wide variety of health concerns including common illnesses, preventive health care, and developmental assessments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and an active state license.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in pediatric care is preferred.
• Candidates with current Nurse Practitioner certification who have been grandfathered in will be considered, provided they have the necessary hands-on experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively present and document information pertinent to the patient population.

Compensation and Benefits

We value the contributions of our medical staff and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 130,000 yearly, depending on qualifications and experience.
