Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while still providing critical care to our patients in Ambler and the surrounding areas. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours as necessary to meet patient needs. Our therapists utilize a range of digital tools in a streamlined, confidential setting, fostering patient interaction and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial appointments to gain a full understanding of each patient's unique challenges and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy, guiding patients through their mental health journeys with empathy and professionalism.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that encourage patients to share experiences and learn about coping strategies for common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
