We offer in-house credentialing and facilitate the management of insurance participation to streamline administrative tasks so you can concentrate on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify needs and appropriate treatment interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet client-specific goals as outlined in individualized service plans.

• Document assessment, treatment plans, and progress notes promptly and accurately in compliance with departmental guidelines.

• Engage in regular meetings with interdisciplinary teams to discuss case management strategies, intervention effectiveness, and patient care continuity.

• Provide competent and empathetic mental health care while prioritizing the physical, psychological, social, and safety needs of each patient.

• Establish collaborative partnerships with community resources and professionals to enhance the support network for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates are required to hold a valid license in mental health counseling as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
