Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to inform and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective interventions, ensuring that the approach meets the individual needs of each client.

• Document clinical records meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations and other governing standards.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss patient progress and share insights during routine case consultations and peer review meetings.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

Qualifications\n
