Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address the unique mental health needs of each client, employing a range of psychotherapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and transitional groups, providing both informational and supportive resources to enhance clients' coping skills and resilience against mental health challenges.

• Implement suicide prevention strategies, utilizing evidence-based management interventions to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Gather comprehensive background information, including mental status examinations, behavioral patterns, substance use history, and functional impairments to accurately diagnose and prescribe appropriate interventions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any assessments conducted, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.

• Establish strong therapeutic alliances that foster trust, encourage client engagement, and promote successful outcomes throughout the therapy process.

• Coordinate care by making essential referrals to community resources, assisting clients in prioritizing their needs, and advocating for their access to supportive services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of relevant therapy experience, particularly with crisis counseling and working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and families in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and education.
