The Role As a Sous Chef, you are the heartbeat of our kitchen — leading the line, mentoring cooks, and ensuring every dish that leaves the pass reflects Maggiano's commitment to quality and consistency. You'll partner with the Executive Chef to uphold our culinary standards while developing the next generation of kitchen talent. This is more than a job — it's a path to growth.
