Job Description

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support attorneys with case management, including organizing case files and maintaining schedules.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or reports as required.
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits and evidence.
• Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and external counsel as needed.
• Maintain and manage legal databases and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes relevant to the industry and department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Paralegal should have:

• A bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, with a strong academic background.
• Proven expertise in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with attorneys and clients.
• Proficiency in legal software and tools, including document management systems.
