With a reputation built on urgency, integrity, and precision, we ensure every project is executed with excellence and attention to detail—no matter the scale or location.What You'll DoAs a Catastrophe Response Project Manager, you will serve as a front-line leader in disaster situations, coordinating large-loss projects from mobilization through recovery. This is a highly responsive, travel-intensive position that demands strategic thinking, operational oversight, and a deep understanding of restoration and construction best practices.Be on-call 24/7/365 to deploy immediately to disaster sites across the U.S.Maintain readiness of CAT trailers, equipment, and materials for rapid mobilizationSupport local offices or special assignments as directed by leadershipConduct on-site walk-throughs with clients, adjusters, and consultantsAssist in writing and developing scopes of work and projected cost estimatesObtain authorization signatures and provide a detailed scope within 48 hours of project initiationIdentify safety hazards and ensure compliance with permit and regulatory requirementsCoordinate labor, materials, and equipment for deployment under strict timelinesAssign appropriate labor classifications per Mooring's Time & Material Rate ScheduleRepresent Mooring with professionalism and integrity at every stage of the projectQualificationsRequired:Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent field experienceExtensive experience in mitigation, restoration, and construction practicesProficiency with estimating, administrative, and accounting softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordOSHA 30-Hour Construction CertificationWillingness and ability to travel nationally with minimal noticePreferred:IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)Strong working knowledge of all Mooring service offeringsPrevious experience in catastrophe response and large-loss project managementIf you're ready to be the calm in the storm and lead projects that truly make a difference—apply now and become a part of Mooring's mission to restore lives and build futures.
