We are the leader in our industry, with customers in all 50 states and around the world.What you'll do...As a Materials Coordinator, you'll make sure the right material is in the right place at the right time. It's a role that lives in two worlds: the system side, where you're managing purchase orders and inventory transactions, and the floor side, where you're receiving, staging, and getting parts to the people building product. If you like a job where you're not stuck at a desk all day, this is that job.Receive incoming materials, parts, and equipment. Verify quantities and check for accuracy and quality.Prepare purchase orders, get quotes, and follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery datesRecord receipts and inventory transactions in our ERP system, Made2Manage (M2M)Work with our production teams to stage material and keep the build schedule movingKeep storage areas organized and material handling safeWatch inventory levels and flag shortages or discrepancies before they become a problemRun cycle counts and other inventory control activities that keep our numbers honestKeep other departments in the loop on material availability, delivery updates, and changesMaintain supplier documentation and records for compliance and auditsWhat you bring...ExperienceBackground in shipping, warehouse operations, materials coordination, or logistics in a manufacturing settingExperience using an ERP system for inventory and shipping transactionsExposure to inventory control practices like cycle counting and material stagingSkillsForklift experience. If you have the hours but not the certification, we can handle that.Strong attention to detail. Inventory accuracy is the whole job, and a bad transaction shows up three weeks later on the floor.Comfortable in a system, keeping data clean and accurateProblem solving and the judgment to know when something is offBasic understanding of freight billing and invoicing is a plusWhere this goes...Supply chain is growing here, and this seat sits at the front of it.
