What You'll Own As Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for building both revenue and people. Sales Strategy & Growth Develop go-to-market strategies and market segmentation Design territories and establish quota plans Drive enterprise sales and new customer acquisition Lead executive-level negotiations and contract renewals Own pricing strategy while protecting gross margin Leadership & Team Development Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing sales talent Build and mentor a team of Inside Sales Managers Coach managers and individual contributors to consistently exceed goals Create onboarding, ramp-up, and career development plans Build a strong leadership bench for future growth Performance & Execution Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy Implement disciplined CRM processes and activity standards Utilize data and KPIs to improve sales performance Partner closely with Operations, Carrier Sales, Pricing, and Finance to ensure exceptional customer execution What Success Looks Like Consistent revenue and gross profit growth Highly accurate sales forecasting Faster ramp time for new hires Increased win rates and customer acquisition Strong culture of coaching and continuous improvement What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience within freight brokerage, 3PL, transportation, or related B2B logistics Proven success leading and scaling high-performing sales teams Strong enterprise sales and executive relationship management experience Deep understanding of pricing strategy and gross profit management Experience developing repeatable sales processes and coaching frameworks Data-driven leadership style with strong CRM discipline Outstanding communication and executive presence Ready to Build Something Bigger?
