Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract position covers the academic year starting from early August 2026 through late May 2027. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (CO SPED Certificate required)
• Previous experience with high school populations strongly preferred
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Capable of managing diverse caseloads and facilitating collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills, adept at building relationships with students, parents, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction in accordance with students’ IEPs and state standards
• Case manage all aspects of student special education services, maintaining timely and compliant documentation
• Assess student performance, track progress, and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Coordinate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure inclusive educational experiences
• Engage in parent meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing communication to support student success
