Job Description:


This role focuses on supporting real estate transactions by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with detailed information.


Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and prepare transaction-related documents for processing
• Audit files to confirm accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with third-party vendors, including court reporting offices, to obtain necessary information
• Assist with administrative aspects of mortgage and real estate transactions
• Maintain organized records and documentation systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
• Prior experience in title services and familiarity with Simplifile required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
