Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote understanding and healing.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic methods to address issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and relationship difficulties.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients, including consultations and referrals as needed.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.
