Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation in a full-time, on-site role based in Myrtle Beach, SC. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with pleadings and motions, and maintaining case files and calendars. The role involves conducting legal research, reviewing and summarizing documents, and coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The Litigation Paralegal will help manage discovery, track deadlines, and ensure that filings and related materials are accurate, timely, and compliant with court rules. This position requires consistent in-office collaboration with attorneys and staff to support active case workloads. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review. Candidates should possess skills in Legal Research to support case strategy and preparation. Candidates should possess experience drafting and organizing Pleadings and Motions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment. Proficiency with standard office software and legal practice management tools; familiarity with electronic filing systems is beneficial. Prior litigation paralegal or law firm experience preferred; paralegal certificate or relevant degree is beneficial.
