You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Brief Summary of Duties Coordinate logistics for IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) projects by scheduling equipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation for customers and field representatives. Support the ARS Sales team by arranging transportation and logistics for customer projects. Create and maintain project records within EPC's project management software. Coordinate with third-party vendors, carriers, and contractors to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project progress, schedules, and expenses, communicating updates and resolving issues as needed. Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to facilitate successful project completion. Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Experience and/or Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Previous experience coordinating schedules, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining effective customer relationships. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing tasks at a desk or workstation with regular use of a computer, including typing and mouse usage required. Experience and/or Education Preferred 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, project coordination, or a related field. Experience working with shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers. Experience coordinating third-party vendors or contractors. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze information, resolve issues, and follow projects through to completion. Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal department.
