Summary Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests Efficiently manage front desk check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy Provide guest assistance and recommendations regarding local attractions, dining options, and resort amenities Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction Join our team and embark on a rewarding career in hospitality, where you can make a difference in our guests' stay.
