Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic care through live video sessions, focusing on adult clients with a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to track client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation within our user-friendly therapist portal, which enhances efficiency and reduces administrative burdens.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and utilize resources from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance clinical skills and receive consultation as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who present with a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele may include individuals experiencing low to moderate levels of distress, as well as those facing more severe conditions. Your role will emphasize cultural competence, allowing you to provide personalized, inclusive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (e.g., MSW, MFT, MA, MS, PhD, PsyD) is required.

• A valid, independent professional license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• A strong commitment to providing culturally responsive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
