Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, determining appropriate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions while utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
