Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to determine psychological needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to each patient’s circumstances.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, including customized treatment plans, billing, insurance authorizations, and progress notes as per organizational standards.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to actively support clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case consultations and agency meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Adhere strictly to all federal and state regulations, licensing requirements, and NEHS policies to provide safe and effective mental health services.

• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licensure and enhance professional competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. We emphasize the importance of understanding cultural backgrounds and unique life experiences to tailor our approach effectively. You will work directly with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health conditions, guiding them toward recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure as a mental health professional.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a telehealth setting, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a background in working with culturally diverse populations are highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention strategies will enhance your ability to support our clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
