Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships while adhering strictly to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress towards treatment goals, address any emerging issues, and facilitate smooth transitions during discharge when applicable.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their voices are heard and prioritized in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices in mental health care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that meet each client's unique needs.
