As a trusted partner in delivering fruit, vegetable, herb, and grain-based ingredient solutions to companies around the globe, we’re striving to build a values-aligned workforce that embodies humility, integrity, passion, and excellence.**What You’ll Do*** Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment screenings.* Serve as the main point of contact for temporary staffing by coordinating with agencies, managing onboarding, and processing timecards and invoices.* Maintain accurate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system while generating reports and tracking recruiting metrics.* Coordinate onboarding and partner with the training team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.* Assist with HR reporting, surveys, and administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality.**What You’ll Bring*** Two or more years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role supporting a team.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in ATS or LMS systems preferred.* Bilingual English/Spanish required with demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism.**What You Can Look Forward To*** Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.* Paid holidays and vacation.* Tuition assistance and 401(k) with company match.* A dynamic HR role supporting recruiting, onboarding, and the employee experience* Opportunities to contribute to employee experience and organizational growth.**Physical & Work Environment Requirements*** Work performed primarily in an office environment.* Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while handling administrative tasks.* The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.**Disclaimer*****The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
