Senior Business Development Manager

Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across our utilities and energy portfolio. In this role, you will identify and pursue new commercial and industrial customers, develop strategic go-to-market plans, and close complex energy solutions deals, including electricity, natural gas, and renewable offerings. You will build executive-level relationships, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to design tailored, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
