HR Manager | All Roads | Dundalk, MD Are you an employee relations expert and love everything HR? We want to talk to you! All Roads Company, with 900+ employees across 45 locations in 12 states is searching for an onsite HR Manager to join our awesome team in Dundalk, MD. This is a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact! You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, OSHA, workman's comp, auto accidents, unemployment, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years prior experience, strong Excel skills and a PHR or SHRM-CP. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus! UKG experience helpful. Ability to handle employee relations issues independently and efficiently. Oversee automobile accidents and follow up as needed. Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ compensation case files. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Flexible start time within regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
