Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license in Kansas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Ability to show empathy and compassion while maintaining a non-judgmental stance toward clients’ experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle administrative tasks along with managing a client caseload.
