About This Role The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Impact position involves providing comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in collaboration and leadership within a clinical setting. Highlights Location: Manhasset, NY Schedule: Full-Time, Night shift What You'll Do Conduct patient interviews and assess health status across multiple systems. Communicate and document patient’s physiologic and psychosocial health status. Develop individualized patient goals and establish care priorities. Maintain constant vigilance over patient care and safety precautions. Administer prescribed treatments and provide emotional support to patients. Collaborate with care team members and physicians on treatment regimens. Educate patients and families on drug interactions and health conditions. Perform variance analysis related to outcome data for performance improvement. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate referrals as needed. Document patient treatment, activity, and condition accurately. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience 2+ years of ICU RN experience preferred; rapid response or code responder experience a plus. Licenses & Certifications Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required. Specialized certifications as needed.
