Travel Nurse - RN - CVOR

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN - CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring optimal outcomes in a fast-paced surgical environment. Assess, plan, and implement perioperative care for cardiovascular surgery patients. Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring patient safety. Monitor patient vital signs, anesthesia levels, and intraoperative conditions, responding promptly to changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient recovery processes. Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient progress. Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols. Skills needed: Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and surgery, excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
