Kitchen Supervisor Location: OUACHITA BAPTIST UNIVERSITY - 10435003 Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). You belong in a company that allows you to act with purpose and thrive in your own way. What You'll Do: As a Kitchen Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes. Responsibilities include: * Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business * Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. * Facilitate orientation and training of employees * Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution. * Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity * Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. What You Bring: * Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. * 1 or more years of related work experience.
