At Celebrate the Children our Assessment Coordinatorsare surrounded by staff who are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to our program philosophy. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Assessment & Instructional Support Coordinator: Oversee and manage all state and internal assessment programs at Celebrate the Children (CTC). Coordinate administration of New Jersey Student Learning Assessments (NJSLA) and Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) alternate assessments. Manage all in-house assessment systems, including digital and computer-adaptive platforms, criterion-referenced and skills-based evaluation tools, and progress monitoring measures. Ensure full compliance with state regulations, testing protocols, accommodations, and test security requirements. Plan and manage assessment logistics, scheduling, materials, and staff training. Analyze and report assessment data to school leadership and relevant stakeholders. Serve as liaison between CTC and the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE), assessment vendors, and external partners. Collaborate with school leadership, Child Study Team members, related service providers, and instructional staff to support individualized and developmentally appropriate assessment practices. QUALIFICATIONS: Valid New Jersey instructional or educational services certification (e.g., Teacher of Students with Disabilities, LDTC, School Psychologist, or related credential).
