Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication and educational growth in a dynamic school environment near Burnsville, MN. Two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, School SLP) are needed to work with a caseload of 20-40 students in a single building, serving settings with small-group and individualized attention. The assignment begins September 8, 2026, and concludes June 10, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week through the academic year.

What You'll Bring:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and education teams
• Ability to organize and adapt therapy to fit individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students

Your Role Includes:

• Providing direct speech-language therapy and assessments within a school setting
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to address communication needs
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation, including IEP reporting and data tracking
• Supporting 4:1 small group and individualized therapy models
• Working within one building, with support from education centers across the district
• Engaging with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
