Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Burnsville, MN

Make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech-language services in the St. Paul area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or SLP Assistants seeking a supportive environment and the chance to impact K-12 learners. Working across a K-8 and K-12 building, you'll serve a manageable caseload of around 12 students, with both direct therapy and evaluation support needs. With a commitment of just 2 to 2 1/2 days per week, you can enjoy both professional engagement and work-life balance. There's also a strong possibility of contract renewal for the 26-27 school year, allowing for long-term impact.


Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current SLP or SLPA licensure
• ASHA CCC certification welcomed, but Clinical Fellows and experienced Assistants considered
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings
• Comfort providing services for K-8 and K-12 populations
• Skill in both direct therapy and supporting comprehensive evaluations
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students in elementary through high school grades
• Conduct assessments and evaluation support as needed
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP teams
• Provide flexible, high-quality services for a diverse student population
