Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique condition, utilizing a variety of modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain management techniques.
• Regularly track and document patients' progress, responses to therapy, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on reassessments.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about therapeutic exercises, body mechanics, and the proper use of assistive devices to maximize self-efficacy in their rehabilitation process.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share insights regarding treatment progress and outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance personal and organizational expertise.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will include treating a diverse array of patients, ranging from children to elderly individuals, each presenting varying conditions such as orthopedic injuries, post-operative recovery, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
