Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and individuals, focusing on relationship dynamics and family interactions.

• Working with clients to address issues such as substance abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication barriers.

• Implementing therapeutic techniques that support family members in navigating life transitions, including separation and divorce.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining an organized record of treatment modalities and outcomes in compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents. You will specialize in providing therapeutic services to families dealing with various challenges. These may include but are not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
