Leadership Analyst

As a Leadership Analyst at CIA, you will support policymakers by producing and delivering written and oral assessments of foreign leaders and key decisionmakers. Your analysis will help U.S. policymakers understand their foreign counterparts by examining worldviews, national ambitions and constraints, and the social context in which these leaders operate. You will have opportunities for foreign and domestic travel and language study. You will receive tradecraft and leadership training while increasing your substantive expertise through academic study, collaboration with Intelligence Community peers, and professional conferences. You may also participate in broadening assignments within the Agency and across the U.S. Government.
