Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport through empathetic, ethical, and professional interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and treatment plan adjustments necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and assessments, adhering to clinic protocols and compliance requirements.
\n
• Execute comprehensive intake assessments to understand the clients' initial contexts and tailor appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Engage in individual clinical supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to maintain a holistic approach to client care, fostering a network of support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will meet an array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Your capacity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and walk alongside them on their healing journeys will be crucial in achieving transformative outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
\n
• A current, unrestricted, independent license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a regulated outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating key competencies in therapy practice.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills that enhance client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling practices and an understanding of trauma-informed care methodologies would be an asset. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also contribute positively to your efficiency in documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
