Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy in both individual and group settings.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with legal and ethical standards to ensure the efficacy and safety of patient care.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness, sharing insights to better coordinate client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs, keeping abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly advantageous.
