Healthcare Business DeveloperCentennial, CO | Full-Time | On-SiteA commercial construction and building services firm based in Centennial, CO is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead growth in the healthcare market across Colorado, Wyoming, and surrounding states. This is a hunter-style sales role focused on building and maintaining strategic relationships with healthcare facility owners, contractors, and industry partners, and converting those relationships into a consistent pipeline of commercial building projects. The position requires active involvement in local healthcare industry organizations and regular attendance at networking events, tradeshows, and conferences.ScheduleStandard business hours, Monday through Friday, with regular after-hours networking events and tradeshow attendance required multiple times per week.Compensation$120,000 - $180,000 Per YearWhat You'll DoYou will generate leads and expand market awareness within the healthcare commercial building sector, identifying new opportunities and developing tactical plans to pursue them. That includes managing the full sales funnel from initial contact through project acquisition, tracking all leads, relationships, and pipeline activity in Salesforce, and monitoring quarterly sales metrics and annual forecasting.You will establish and maintain regional accounts with a broad set of stakeholders including facilities managers, property managers, risk managers, general adjustors, contractors, and insurance carriers. Building and sustaining strong relationships across that network is the core of the role, and you will represent the organization at local meetings, industry functions, and tradeshow events. You will also seek and participate in speaking opportunities that support market visibility and brand presence.On the marketing side, you will collaborate with leadership and corporate marketing to develop and implement plans for target areas, coordinate association involvement, and participate in company-sponsored events on a regular basis. You will maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends and competitive activity, translating that intelligence into actionable project acquisition goals.You will work closely with local and Colorado-based operations teams to align business development activity with service delivery capacity and ensure strong customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience8 or more years of experience in commercial construction, with a background in preconstruction or operationsDemonstrated understanding of the healthcare market in Colorado, Wyoming, and surrounding statesExperience tracking sales data, pipeline activity, and customer relationships in a CRM platform, with Salesforce experience strongly preferredAbility and willingness to attend networking functions including after-hours events multiple times per weekInvolvement with or willingness to become active in local healthcare industry organizations such as CAHE, CHA, or CAHEDPreferred QualificationsExisting relationships with healthcare facility owners, health systems, or hospital construction and facilities teams in the Colorado or Wyoming marketPrior experience in a dedicated business development or outside sales role within commercial construction or building servicesFamiliarity with healthcare facility design and construction standards, including infection control and regulatory requirementsExperience presenting at industry conferences or trade associationsCompensation and Benefits$120,000 - $180,000 Per YearMedical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) Paid time offTo apply, submit your resume along with a brief summary of your healthcare commercial construction experience and current market relationships.
