• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify mental health challenges, strengths, and treatment needs of clients.

• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices and tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups that focus on specific skills such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention.

• Provide crisis intervention services and risk assessments to ensure client safety and effective management of acute distress situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance treatment efficacy and improve client access to ancillary services.

The clients you will serve are diverse individuals facing mental health challenges that require empathy, skill, and understanding. Primarily, our focus is on adults who may be experiencing issues related to trauma, co-occurring disorders, or socio-economic barriers. Our approach allows us to meet clients where they are in their recovery journey, providing a safe and supportive environment to address their mental health needs effectively.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
