Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in documentation for treatment planning.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, discussing client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
