Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and formulate personalized therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Participate in meetings and continuing education workshops to stay current with industry trends and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will provide care for a diverse population, including individuals and families struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a preference for background in telehealth settings.

• Thorough understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
