Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay abreast of current mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, with a track record of successful client outcomes.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
