Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health needs, concerns, and future goals.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, tailored to the unique experiences of each client.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to address complex relationship dynamics and enhance communication within families.

• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of clients, with measurable objectives and appropriate intervention strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive timely and effective care.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in adherence with legal and ethical standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices, ensuring that all client interactions respect confidentiality and informed consent.

In this role, you will be working with a wide range of clients, including adults and children, who experience various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
