Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively to engage with clients and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Document session notes and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at De Lucia Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will be expected to adapt your therapeutic techniques to serve their unique situations and cultural contexts effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of post-graduate counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
