Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Cordova, TN. This onsite role is ideal for a hands-on human resources professional who enjoys high-volume recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and supporting a fast-moving operational environment.

The HR Manager will play a key role in building strong teams, improving HR processes, and supporting employees and leadership across the organization. Key Responsibilities

- Lead high-volume recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and new hire processes to support a positive employee experience.
- Manage personnel matters, employee relations, documentation, and disciplinary actions in a professional and compliant manner.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, internal communication, and workforce coordination for a 24/7 business environment.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, social media, and internal communication platforms to support recruiting and HR functions.
- Assist with additional HR projects, process improvements, and administrative responsibilities as the role expands.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time.
- Location: Onsite in Cordova, TN 38018.
- Schedule: Standard office hours are 8am to 6pm, approximately 50 hours per week.
- Flexibility required for occasional weekends or after-hours support due to 24/7 operations.
- Benefits include medical, dental, simple 401(k), profit sharing of 1% to 3%, and growth opportunities.
